The basics
An estate featuring five luxury beachfront villas in a quiet area of Canggu, the Pantai Lima Estate is the ultimate seaside Bali retreat for group holidays, weddings and events. The estate extends over 1.6 hectares (4 acres), and four of the villas are directly on the water’s edge.
Although each villa was designed separately, they are connected by their traditional alang-alang roofs, tropical greenery, and stunning rice paddy and ocean views. Collectively, the five Pantai Lima villas have 27 bedrooms and bathrooms, with room for 54 people!

The Villas
Villa Ambra is a five bedroom and five bathroom villa. All five suites have ensuite bathrooms and adjoining verandas with beach and ocean views. Facilities include a 20 x 5-metre main infinity pool, a smaller 21 square metre pool for children, and a beach-front jacuzzi for up to 8 adults. There is also a private cinema and library which is well stocked with books, games and puzzles. Villa Ambra is pet-friendly and home to four gentle and well-behaved Bali dogs.

Villa Mary is a five bedroom, five bathroom home suitable for ten guests. The villa features open-air lounges, a 100 square metre cinema room, jacuzzi and two chlorine free pools – one 15-metre adult pool and one shallow pool for toddlers and infants. As well, there is a massage pavilion directly on the beach where you can enjoy a series of spa treatments.

Villa Melissa, as well, has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also comes with two chlorine-free pools – one 20-metre infinity pool and another shallow pool that’s ideal for infants and toddlers. Additionally, backing onto the beach is a traditional Balinese Bale where you can enjoy a meal or drink.

Villa Sound of the Sea was designed to resemble a boutique hotel. It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and one powder room spread between two bungalows and connected by an open-concept living room. The villa features a 20-metre long beachfront infinity pool and a shaded childrens’ pool. There is a heated jacuzzi, as well as a beautiful floating bale in the middle of a pond.
Villa Waringin has six bedrooms and bathrooms across two houses within a tropical garden. There is a 20-metre beachfront infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a massage bale in the middle of the garden. The villa also features a library and media room, a spa room, and a yoga pavilion.

Who it’s for
Whether you want just one villa for your getaway or all five for your event or gathering, the Pantai Lima villas are ideal for those who want to disappear into a tranquil and private world.
Location
In a quiet area, surrounded by rice fields, a Balinese temple and Pererenan beach (great for surfing), the Pantai Lima Estate is a 15-minute drive from trendy Canggu’s main stretch. It’s also just 16-kilometres from Ngurah Rai International Airport and 12.3-kilometres to Seminyak – the home of Bali’s most sophisticated nightlife, shopping and restaurants.
This may sound like it is a long way away from things, but you won’t have difficulty getting around. The villas come with the use of a private car and driver for up to eight hours each day; you only have to pay for the price of petrol.

Weddings & Events
The estate can host events of up to 80 guests, with 54 staying on site to keep most everyone together. Perfect for those pre- and post-event gatherings! As the villas are individually designed, yet in keeping with a Balinese theme and with western creature comforts, each guest will find a space suited for their tastes.
