The basics
Baan Fan Noi is a hillside villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an 18m pool and a Jacuzzi. Spread out on two storeys, the property comes with an ocean view.
Who it’s for
It’s a great hideaway for families or groups of friends who want easy access to the action in Chaweng but far away enough so that they can also just get away from it all and indulge in well-needed respite.
Location
This will be one of the most convenient holidays you’ve ever had, in terms of how far your stay is from the airport. Baan Fan Noi is a mere 5-minute drive from the airport (a fact we’ll sweeten by reminding you that we provide complimentary airport transfers). By car, the villa is less than 10 minutes to Chaweng Beach.

The best bits
The pool terrace is a wide open area with lots of space for everyone to sunbathe, and there’s a shaded lounge that’s perfect for early breakfasts and maybe a BBQ dinner later. Above this area is the living room, with sliding doors all around to let you enjoy the beautiful surroundings as much as possible.
The bedrooms get a good ocean view, too, and they all have their own semi-outdoor bathrooms with rainshowers. Two of those bathrooms feature standalone terrazzo bathtubs, which you should definitely set aside some time for – any good relaxing holiday comes with bathtub time, if you ask us.
The fourth bedroom located behind the pool terrace has a unique circular bed with curtains that reminds us of a cosy reading corner – this might appeal to the kids and teens in the family. Families with toddlers will be glad to know that baby cots are provided for free and babysitting services are also available at a charge. Both should be booked in advance.
Food & drink
Not that you’d be short of dining choices while in Chaweng, but should you feel like staying in for the day, you may request for a chef to prepare meals for you at an extra fee. In-villa shopping services can also be arranged, also with a surcharge.

Things to do nearby
We’ve raved about Chaweng before – much of Samui’s nightlife is condensed in this neighbourhood, where you’ll find entire strips of clubs and restaurants alongside one of the most visited beaches on the island. Chaweng Beach faces east, so you should consider getting up early to find out for yourself just how beautiful Samui’s sunrises are (take it from us: they’re gorgeous). You could also travel west to the charming Fisherman’s Village in Bophut for a spot of boutique shopping and dining. Every Friday, one of the streets hosts a lively night market.
