#3 Potato Head Beach Club, Seminyak

Potato Head Bali
Have you ever seen so many retro wooden windows in one place? Potato Head makes an impression even before you step inside.

The crowd: An eclectic mix of families and groups of friends.

Why we like it: Potato Head boasts a collection of great restaurants, and its eponymous bar ranks 36th in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2018 (it’s also the highest ranking Indonesian bar), and is the winner the inaugural Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award.

Insider’s tip: Arrive early to secure the best daybeds (first come, first served). But the actual hidden gem is the pizza garden upstairs, which bakes Neapolitan style pies in a wood fire oven imported from Italy.

Entry: General entry is free, but certain areas require a minimum spend.

Andrea Tim

Andrea is a serial kopi peng drinker (for fun, not for the caffeine; coffee doesn't wake her up) and believer in keyboard shortcuts. She sees The Dress as blue and black, and hears both Yanny and Laurel. Make of that what you will.
