12 December 2023 – The Luxe Nomad, Asia-Pacific’s largest luxury vacation rental and management company, has launched the maiden issue of WanderLuxe, its in-house magazine targeted to its community of discerning travellers, whom they affectionately call “Nomads on the go”. The premium publication will be distributed across its properties in Hokkaido, just in time for the start of the ski season, and will be available for guests to take home.
Reinforcing The Luxe Nomad’s mission to inspire guests to travel well, the first issue of WanderLuxe focuses on Hokkaido, the newest destination of the brand. From a dossier of Niseko’s ski scene to a shortlist of the best dining experiences in Hokkaido, the magazine features a treasure trove of ideas and insight into the region and Japanese culture as a whole. The beautifully produced publication aims to be a guide for the refined guests that choose to stay at The Luxe Nomad’s properties.
“We’ve always wanted to bring our digital content platform, WanderLuxe, to life, and we finally did! This magazine is another way for us to engage and serve our community, as well as to share insider knowledge of our destinations,” says Stephanie Chai, the CEO and founder of The Luxe Nomad.
WanderLuxe’s launch in Niseko also marks The Luxe Nomad expansion into Japan. In July 2023, the company became the main shareholder of NISADE—a highly successful property development and management company founded in 2006 by Jonathan Martin. This move has added 900 rooms to The Luxe Nomad’s portfolio, including the best ski-in/ski-out properties in the most sought-after locations in Niseko and beyond.
